Steady hand (not cam)

A photo taken at midnight, close to where I live. But the part I was excited about is that it is taken from hand, at 0.8s (almost a whole second), and it still looks quite clear and still (well except for the light, but that was the effect I was going for). I definetly decided I have a steady hand.
