Story slam

is about regular people (yup just like you and me) who come and tell their true life stories and yet some people come on stage and tell you an intimate and embarrassing story as if they were true professionals.

A portrait

of the drummer as a young man (taken mid concert, of course).

In one hour

they took me back to the 1970s (and the few memories I have of them), threw me to night of my prom in the 90s (and the few memories I have of it) and dragged my sorry ass to the here and now (little do I want to remember of this period).

We are

always nostalgic and pining for something (if it isn't for the fjords, it is for the milkfloat).

Sometimes

you have a day off and you go to a photo exhibition, to see what the others do, and suddenly you find yourself walking on top of the white cliffs, with the sun just slightly out of bounds.

It is a funny

thing, life. I started off photographing mainly concerts and now I photograph mostly performances, but in reality I just love all forms of human creativity. And if I could I would go and see it all.
