Autumn is comming

Suddenly it was cold, the rain was bucketing down, but we had an improvised roof, a DJ

live music from Tisa and Mojca

and a soundscape from Colin Black.

The success of Slovenian cyclists in the Tour de France and the Olympics

is a result of the weekly Tour de Parliament held for over a year in protest against the Slovene government.

Of course, after every great workout one needs to visit a cultural event.

This time I went to the Re-humanisation festival (inspired by the title)

to listen to experimental music.

Ignor 35

Dejan had ended his 14 day quarantine

Miha delivered his latest thoughts on the current situation

people sat and listened in silence

to people reading poetry from notebooks

and mobiles

people creating some noise

and once again reading, this time from books

and pieces of paper

and people sampling poetry

and people reading some more

and a bit more as the night fell

ending with poetry in a Scandinavian language

and some poetry set to music.

Johnny and the Baptists

made me laugh and the Vault Festival made me think: Why didn't I know about this sooner and how come I'm not their photographer while in London (that might have helped me turn my ordeal into something that makes sense).

By now all of you who check out my blog know

Michele and Romeo from my previous posts and their regular slot at the Green Note

and Ren Harvieu, who usually joins them at some stage

but this time they invited John Moore, who I remember when he was in the Black Box Recorder, even though he was also in the Jesus and the Mary Chain, but I never really listened to them.

OK Ment

I see what you are doing. Yesterday I wrote that I can't keep myself from falling in love at least a little bit while listening to a solitary girl pouring her heart out to a room full of strangers, so now you think you can do this to me every night.... But no, it just doesn't work like that, because that would be a bit too easy (would it not?).
