From the opening

to an indoor performance/film/concert.

There is

a certain subconscious urge for photographers to capture the faces, but as this is sometimes impossible, you need to refocus on the possible.

Luckily

there are still people with a heart in the right place.

I am never certain

whether we are looking ahead or backwards.

I can't believe

the crap I have heard and read about the refugees (or - and I now this will come as a great shock and novelty to many - as I like to call them people) over the past few days. As far as I am concerned we can all start by doing one good deed for our fellow co-inhabitants of this planet, and then we can start figuring out how to change this modern society in which people are happy to be killed off by capital and dread those unfortunates who do not want to topple over and die.

Now that is what I call a good day. 

Ouch!

Apparently I didn't do good.

It is good

to come back to Ljubljana and see that some people still believe that others should have some rights and that it is only down to the coincidence of being born in a certain place at a certain time that we live here and not somewhere else.

And then see a performance (or three) on a totally unrelated note.

After 2 days

of carnival and 2 days of driving, I managed to stop in Ljubljana for 36 hours and take a couple (ok, not really 2) photos at a dance performance

 and a  concert.
